Rewards & Points Policy

The HaveAVape Rewards Program allows eligible members to earn points through qualifying activities and redeem eligible points toward future purchases, subject to the applicable terms.

Membership

Rewards are available only to eligible registered members.

One individual may maintain only one Rewards account unless otherwise approved by HaveAVape.

How Points Are Earned

Members may earn points through eligible activities, which may include:

• completing registration;

• eligible purchases;

• selected promotional activities;

• account engagement activities; and

• other activities announced by HaveAVape.

The number of points awarded may vary by activity.

The current points earning rules will be displayed on the website.

Order Points

Points associated with purchases may be credited after the relevant order has been successfully processed, dispatched or completed, depending on the applicable Rewards rules.

Points may be reversed if an order is cancelled, refunded or otherwise becomes ineligible.

Redeeming Points

Eligible members may use points toward qualifying purchases when the minimum redemption requirements are met.

Points:

• cannot be exchanged for cash;

• cannot be transferred unless expressly permitted;

• cannot be sold;

• cannot be used for prohibited products or transactions;

• may be subject to minimum redemption requirements.

Fraud and Abuse

HaveAVape may cancel points or suspend an account where points are obtained through:

• multiple accounts;

• fraudulent transactions;

• automated activity;

• manipulation of promotions;

• chargebacks;

• cancelled orders; or

• other abuse of the Rewards Program.

Expiration

Where applicable, points may expire according to the expiration rules displayed on the Rewards Program page.

Any applicable expiration period will be clearly communicated to members.

Changes to the Rewards Program

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Program or modify earning and redemption rates.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be communicated to members.

No Cash Value

Rewards points are promotional benefits only and do not constitute money, stored value or a deposit.
